Individuals

There are many things in life which can interrupt the vision we have for ourselves—things that derail or hijack the person we are striving to become. Many of the people I work with experience anxiety, stress, worry about the future, spiritual uncertainty, and existential fear/cynicism. They also may have trouble with relationships or lack a sense of purpose or direction in life. If you are a verbal processor or creative who is trying to make sense of swirling thoughts and emotions, or if you simply find any of the above to be true for you, let’s talk. Together we can learn to befriend disruption, navigate emotion, and work towards the creation of a full and meaningful life.

Couples

There is perhaps nothing as exhilarating and challenging as being in relationship. There are times when it can feel enjoyable and easy, and times when it’s painful and discouraging. Many of my couples want to make their relationship work but are having trouble figuring out what’s happening when things go wrong or how to do things differently. Regardless of where you find yourself, I invite you to lean in to the messy process of discovery with me—we’ll work to identify stuck points, track the negative patterns, and find new ways of tuning in and communicating with one another in order to help you move forward with healing and connection.

My standard fee is $175 for a 50-min session with individuals, couples, or families. I accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards.

Insurance

I am considered an out-of-network provider for most insurance companies, which simply means that many plans will not directly cover the cost. I am, however, happy to provide a monthly receipt (often called a Superbill) which you can submit to your provider for possible reimbursement. Be mindful that not all insurance providers accept superbills, so it is important to check with them first.

Sliding Scale

One of my desires is to make psychotherapy as affordable and accessible as possible. With that in mind, I offer a select number of sliding scale spots available to those with limited income. I am happy to discuss this further with you if you feel it applies.
